Sub-Acute Saratoga Children’s Hospital prides itself on providing and offering a truly unique working experience for volunteers interested in working in the pediatric healthcare field. Varieties of volunteer opportunities are offered and meet most interests and skill levels, from cuddling babies to helping with office work. Help is always needed and appreciated!

Because of the nature of the work involved and time put into providing a thorough training and orientation, several requirements apply to potential volunteer applicants:

• Minimum age is 16 years old
• Commitment of 4+ Hrs/Wk for at least 6 months
• Clearance of 2-Step PPD (tuberculosis screening)  
• Completion of mandatory volunteer training and orientation
